Amy Jones-Bulluck recently donated a full edition of the Torch Bearer, an important newspaper in Englewood’s 4th Ward, published by Reverend Walter S Taylor, the first black Mayor of Englewood New Jersey and leader of the Galilee United Methodist Church.
